Country Club Water Supply

SETPOINT INSTALLATIONS PAUSED

Due to the extreme summer heat, we have temporarily paused Setpoint installations. We will resume installations once temperatures become more manageable. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to keep our crew safe!

CUSTOMER PORTAL UPDATE

The software used for our Setpoints is changing. If you currently have a Customer Portal account, or if you would like to get signed up for one, please contact the office so we can make sure your account is set up with the updated system.

The Customer Portal is a great way to monitor your water usage and stay on top of any unusual increases.

STAGE 2 WATER RESTRICTIONS

We are currently under Stage 2 Water Restrictions. We kindly ask all customers to follow the watering restrictions and conservation guidelines currently in place.

Every little bit helps! Following the restrictions helps reduce demand on the water system and ensures we can continue providing reliable water service throughout our community during these hot, dry conditions.

BEES IN YOUR METER BOX?

We have seen an increase in bees making their way into water meter boxes lately. Please use caution when checking around your meter.

If you notice bees or suspect there may be a hive in your meter box, please contact the office before attempting to access it. We are happy to help check the meter box and determine the best next step.
