We will be starting the process to switch over to electronic billing and along with that electronic payment options.  The conversion will take approx 60 days to complete.  We will start with entering, updating and verifying email addresses that are signed up for alerts on our website.  Please be sure your email is correct and if you want to add yours feel free.  This new procedure will help tremendously with the mail delivery issues we have had.  Thank you for your patience!
