May Newsletter

???? Welcome to the Water System Newsletter!

We're excited to kick off our monthly newsletter! Each month, we’ll be sending out updates, news, and important information to keep you in the loop with everything happening in our water system.

To start things off, here’s a quick catch-up on what’s been happening so far this year:

???? February – Generator Installed
We installed a backup generator! It’s now up and running to ensure continued water pressure during any power outages. This is a big step toward improving system reliability when the power goes out.

???? March – Emergency Shut-Off Valves
We began installing emergency shut-off valves. These allow for quicker response in the event of leaks or other emergencies.
???? Interested in getting one installed? Contact the office to get on the schedule!

???? April – New Endpoints & Customer Portal
We're rolling out new endpoints—small antennas attached to your meter box that allow us to read your water meter electronically.
Even better, these come with access to a Customer Portal where you can:

  • View your water usage in real time
  • Set your meter to vacation mode
  • Receive alerts if there’s unusual usage while you're away
  • Set usage limits and notifications

???? Call the office to check if you have a new endpoint and to get your portal set up!

???? May – Painting & Cleanup
This month, we’re painting the water tower and pressure tank, and we’re also cleaning up brush along Buddy Parker Road.
We’re continuing to install endpoints as well—thank you for your patience during this process!

If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to the office. We’re here to help and keep your water system running smoothly.

Thanks for staying connected!
