March Newsletter
As we head into warmer weather, we wanted to share a few helpful updates and reminders:
We are continuing the installation of End Points throughout the system. These devices help improve the accuracy of your water usage readings. If you will be mowing or doing yard work, please take a moment to check for them. If an End Point is accidentally damaged, a $300 replacement fee may apply.
If you haven’t signed up for our customer portal yet, we’d love for you to join! It’s a great way to easily monitor your water usage and stay informed. Just give the office a call, and we’ll be happy to help you get set up.
With temperatures rising, now is a great time to review your sprinkler schedule and run times. We also recommend walking your sprinkler lines to check for any leaks or damaged sprinkler heads. Small adjustments and quick repairs can make a big difference in preventing higher-than-expected water bills.
If you’re interested in having a customer shut-off valve installed, please contact the office to be added to our installation schedule.
