As we approach the end of the year, we would like to thank all residents for your continued cooperation and support throughout 2025. Below are a few important updates and reminders as we move into the winter season.
End Point Installation Update
The End Point installation timeline has been extended and is now expected to be completed by February. Residents are welcome to contact the office to confirm whether their property has a new End Point and to get set up with the customer portal.
Winter Reminders
Please take time to walk your sprinkler and irrigation lines to check for leaks. Colder temperatures can cause damage that may not be immediately noticeable.
Additionally, please ensure that water meters remain accessible at all times. Do not park vehicles or place objects over water meters, as access may be needed for maintenance or emergency purposes.
Office Closures
Our office will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day in observance of the holidays.
Annual Board Meeting
The Annual Board Meeting will be held in January. A formal notice with additional details will be mailed next month.
