Last Shut-Off Valve Installed!
We’re excited to share that the final shut-off valve has been installed! This improvement means we can now shut off water to specific areas of the neighborhood when leaks occur—rather than shutting down the entire system or running the fire hydrants during repairs.
More Endpoints Installed on Chaparral
More Endpoints have been added to meters on Chaparral! These devices allow you to monitor your water usage through our customer portal. Want to know if your meter has been upgraded? Call the office, and we’ll get you set up!
We’re still waiting on additional shipments, and installation will continue over the coming months.
Updated Office Hours
Our new hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Keep an Eye on Sprinkler Usage
If you notice a higher-than-normal water bill, check your sprinkler system for leaks or excessive watering schedules.
