Endpoint Installations
We are continuing to install new endpoints. Please call the office to check if your endpoint has been upgraded. If so, you can sign up for the Customer Portal, which allows you to:-
Track your water usage

Set alerts for unusual consumption

Monitor your home while you are on vacation or out of town

Emergency Shut-Off Valves
We are still offering emergency shut-off valve installations. Contact the office to be added to the schedule. -
High Water Bills
If you notice an unusually high water bill, please check your sprinkler system settings and ensure you don’t have any running toilets, as these are common causes of excess usage. -
Meter Box Care
Please be mindful when mowing to avoid running over your meter box. Damage to the endpoint on top of the meter lid can affect your service and will result in a fee for replacement of lid and/or endpoint. Also, ensure your meter remains accessible in case of an emergency or if a manual reading is needed.
