As we move into the holiday season, we want to share a few important updates and reminders for our community.
End Point Installation Progress
We are working hard to complete the installation of the new End Points by the end of the year. If you would like to know whether your property has already received a new End Point—or if you’d like assistance with setting up your customer portal—please feel free to contact the office. We are happy to help.
Sprinkler Line Reminder
Please take a moment to inspect your sprinkler lines. We have seen an increase in leaks originating from sprinkler systems, and early detection can help prevent water loss and property damage.
Annual Board Meeting
Our annual board meeting is scheduled for January. A formal notice with details will be mailed out next month. We encourage all residents to review the information once received.
Water Meter Access
As a reminder, keep the area on and around your water meter clear and free of ants or debris. This ensures safe, quick, and accurate access for maintenance and readings.
